This Refund & Return Policy sets out how Skyfit Global Sourcing Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles returns, refunds and related matters for purchases made via skyfitglobalsourcing.store (the “Website”).

1. General Principles

  • We want customers to receive products in good condition and as described.

  • Because we cooperate with different warehouses and logistics partners, return addresses are not fixed and may vary by order and destination.

2. Return Period and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in your order confirmation:

  • You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the products.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused and in resaleable condition

    • In the original packaging (including any boxes, bags, labels and accessories)

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned product is not in acceptable condition.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following may not be eligible for return or may be restricted:

  • Items that have been clearly used, worn, modified or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval and a confirmed return address from us

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or packaging by the customer during return shipment

  • Products explicitly marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please:

    • Order number

    • Details of the item(s) you wish to return

    • Clear photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged

  2. We will review your request and inform you whether the return is approved and, if so, provide:

    • The correct warehouse address for your return

    • Any reference code or label that needs to be attached to the package

  3. Ship the item(s) to the designated warehouse address and keep the tracking number for your records.

Returns sent to an address not confirmed by us or sent without our approval may be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our responsibility:
    If the return results from our error (for example, wrong item sent, significant quality defect), we may provide a prepaid return label where possible or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after reviewing evidence.

  • Customer responsibility:
    If the return is due to reasons not attributable to us (such as change of mind, incorrect size or colour chosen, personal preference), you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges you incurred when receiving the goods are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by your local law.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If the products you receive are damaged in transit, defective or not what you ordered:

7. Processing of Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

  • The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary, but it is typically 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original outbound shipping charges are usually non-refundable, except where the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law.

8. Orders to Restricted or Sanctioned Destinations

We observe applicable sanctions and export control regulations:

  • We may be unable to accept or fulfil orders destined for countries or regions that are subject to comprehensive economic sanctions or embargoes imposed by authorities such as the United States or the European Union.

  • If we discover after you place an order that the shipping destination is a sanctioned or restricted country or region, we may cancel the order and, where permitted by law and payment rules, refund the relevant amount to you.
